Ramadan Timing Reduce Cholesterol and Fat

Ramadan is a good time to trim the fat deposits and reduce bad cholesterol. However, be aware of the correct diet and sport.

"We recommend to exercise two hours before the big meal. But, for those who wish to do so before iftar, no batasnnya, provided it is not done excessively and should be stopped thirty minutes before the time of breaking the fast," says fitness expert of Fitness Time quoted Arab News, Saturday (27/06/2015)

For people with asthma, diabetes, or other diseases should be consulted beforehand to make sure what type of exercise that is suitable to do, and how many hours should do it. "We must also be aware of the amount of liquid that we eat during fasting. We recommend to drink plenty of fluids to avoid joint pain and replace the lost fluids. Most importantly, do not get dehydrated," they said.

If you choose to do sports after sunset or evening prayer time, it is recommended to drink a glass of juice before starting the exercise. And eat snacks afterwards.
